Honoring Those Who Serve

November is an important month to honor our Veterans. But did you know November also honors military families with Military Family Appreciation Month and National Family Caregivers Month? It has been a true privilege to partner with Blue Star Families this year, an organization founded by military spouses in 2009 to empower these families to thrive as they serve. They are committed to strengthening military families by connecting them with their neighbors – individuals and organizations – to create vibrant communities of mutual support because we’re all stronger when we care for one another.

This Veterans Day, show your support and appreciation to military heroes near and far by signing a Blue Star Families virtual thank you card. 

Don’t know how to express your gratitude? Here are some examples:

• Thank you for your time, bravery, and sacrifice for this country. 
• I am forever grateful for what you’ve done to maintain America’s freedom. 
• Thank you for your sacrifice, your bravery, and the example you set for us all.
